Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Tools & Capabilities for the Group AI Platform.
  • •Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental products to the bank.
  • •Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, manage the backlog, and translate it into scalable platform solutions with clear success criteria.
  • •Run discovery across AI Platform stakeholders to identify friction points limiting adoption and prioritize features by business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a product lead for B2B products, ideally in a financial setting, using AI/ML and demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •10+ years of experience building with ML/AI (or related fields).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • •University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Ensure responsible AI practices (transparency, fairness, privacy, and regulatory compliance) are factored into platform decisions.
