Job Summary

Join a retail financial center team and complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling through proactive outreach, appointments, and outside community activities. Process teller transactions, support bank platform operations, and own lending activities from application through closing while adhering to risk and ethics standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Develop and maintain expertise in retail consumer and small business products to recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in directed outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process, owning sourced loans through closing.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
