Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for endpoint engineering services across Windows and macOS platforms and serve as the escalation point for complex issues and architecture decisions.
•Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices aligned with enterprise objectives, ensuring solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with governance.
•Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph, including Autopilot and zero-touch deployment.
•Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Bash, APIs, and orchestration tools to improve service efficiency and consistency.
•Drive continuous improvement using telemetry and analytics, partner with security and ITSM teams, and contribute to governance, risk management, audit readiness, and change control.

•Advanced scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, APIs, and Microsoft Graph, with strong endpoint security and identity management knowledge.
