Job Summary

Manage end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and systems, including reviewing and approving expense reports for policy compliance and internal controls. Serve as a subject matter expert and System Admin for Concur, handle complex reconciliations and ServiceNow tickets, and partner with global teams, IT, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Prepare T&E reporting, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation while analyzing trends to improve processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and approve employee expense reports to ensure compliance with T&E policies and internal controls.
•Manage complex expense reports, ServiceNow tickets, and T&E-related reconciliations.
•Act as the subject matter expert for T&E policies, processes, and systems, including serving as a Concur System Admin.
•Collaborate with global teams, IT, and Concur support to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
•Prepare T&E reports, reconciliations, and dashboards; support internal and external audits; analyze T&E data to identify trends and improve processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•8–10 years of experience in Travel & Expense (T&E), Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.
•Strong knowledge of T&E processes, expense policies, and internal controls.
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and/or SAP Concur, Workday, AppZen, Detect, APD, or similar finance systems.
•Strong analytical, reporting, and advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate globally.
