Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster a zero-incident safety culture and align department requirements with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
  • •Implement Eaton’s Continuous Improvement Framework by ensuring standardized processes are followed and countermeasures are implemented.
  • •Promote collaboration, develop direct reports, and provide training and coaching on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Assign daily work schedules, review in-process inventory, and maintain daily statistics on demand, production, and overdue orders.
  • •Lead accountability meetings and department meetings, communicate production metrics, coordinate support from other functions, and assign overtime as required.
