Own net-new services sales across select Tech/Media/Telecom accounts, working closely with solution and core account teams to hit services revenue and margin targets. Key Responsibilities

•Strategically drive new business in select TMT accounts in partnership with solution teams and core account teams to manage services sales and margin targets.
•Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and act as a trusted advisor by managing multi-threaded client relationships.
•Assess and educate clients on the value of the business and implementation expertise using TMT industry and technology knowledge.
•Build account knowledge of client priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating them into opportunities and value-added relationships within the account team.
•Lead solutions sales campaigns and proactively drive business development and pre-sales initiatives, including consultative dialogues and facilitated workshops.

•Proven ability to drive account growth in scaled accounts and execute pre-sales activities aligned with account management principles.
•Strong TMT domain knowledge and understanding of areas such as data engineering, cloud tech, customer analytics, digital/marketing analytics, and reporting systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to technical implementers and business/technology C-level audiences.
•Comfort working in a cross-functional environment with ambiguity and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
