•Build and manage workflows for tracking people changes (promotions, offboarding, etc.)

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, and program management
•Demonstrated success in designing and executing structured processes and programs with minimal direction
•Strong project management skills – capable of running multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end
•Experience owning HR systems and tools, with strong comfort managing workflows and automations (experience with Rippling highly preferred)
•Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
