Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop manufacturing, repair, service, testing, and integration plans, procedures, and applicable standards.
  • •Prepare manufacturing/repair/service data file documentation.
  • •Support operational teams in implementing first-level maintenance (TPM) alongside maintenance teams.
  • •Take real-time action to support the APRU in response to an Andon call.
  • •Define testing and burn-in strategy for equipment and subassemblies; ensure production/support processes and tools are defined, implemented, prepared, and optimized.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of production and repair processes, particularly fabrication process.
  • •Extensive knowledge of products and their manufacturing or repair processes, including industrial management control.

  • •Experience implementing continuous improvement and management tools (Lean flow management, Gemba Walks, Compass Room, PDCA, TPM).
