Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root-cause accuracy issues with store leadership.
  • •Support operational workflows including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor, including shipment processing and product flow.
  • •Partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to keep operations maintained and maximized.
  • •Ensure a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and respond quickly to client needs while keeping the store clean, safe, inviting, and efficient.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to be in and around the store constantly and move dynamically on the retail floor.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
