Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee timely and accurate monthly reporting for sales, budgets, forecasts, initiatives, quote analysis, and call logs.
  • •Maintain sales team backlog and quotes; track and store market conditions, sales trends, and prospects.
  • •Coordinate material demand forecasting reviews and updates; manage sourcing accuracy and reliability between sales and production.
  • •Track commercial orders (CPQ and generic) in Apex and process QC/QA adjustments on state projects.
  • •Manage pricing and commercial requests: track asphalt cement escalation on protected HMA contracts, review pricing changes, and oversee credit/rebill approvals with documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree preferred, or three to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
