Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute requirements-based tests for the eVTOL Flight Control System and its subsystems.
•Gain a comprehensive understanding of the flight control system architecture and design.
•Collaborate with team members to correlate test results with analyses and predictions.
•Evaluate test data to confirm performance of tested components.
•Prepare technical reports detailing test results and ensure compliance with aircraft standards (FAA/DoD) and certification scope.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in a related field.
•Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
•Experience with requirements based testing, preferably applying ARP4754A, DO-178C, or similar guidelines.
•Background using Polarion, DOORS or similar requirements management tools.
•Excellent technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
