Audit Apple retail shops and service centers per an established plan to verify sales operations, cash handling, stock and fixed assets management, and security compliance. Evaluate repair quality across the full cycle, inspect KBBs, review technician certification status, and monitor CCTV follow-ups. Document findings, analyze records to prepare audit reports, present results to local and upper management, and recommend improvements to strengthen quality control and vendor repair performance.
