Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet corporate objectives and future performance goals.
  • •Monitor supply market drivers, identify sourcing opportunities, and define sourcing projects.
  • •Discover new sources of supply and lead supplier development to improve supply chain resilience.
  • •Oversee vendor relationships, including contracting, price negotiation, quotations, yield/service agreements, warranties, rebates, quality measurement, capacity reservation, forecasts, and delivery performance.
  • •Manage sourcing and spend communications between vendors and business units, and partner with global operational teams and new product development groups to mitigate risk and source next technology needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor downstream industry.
  • •Preferred: CPSM, CSCP, or ASCM certification.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to handle contracts management and drive results.
