Business Banking Relationship Manager

Serve as the primary advisor for business banking clients by building, developing, and managing new and existing long-term relationships. Assess clients’ banking needs, gather and analyze account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend financial solutions aligned to each client’s goals. Use relationship management, credit knowledge, and business acumen to identify opportunities and drive loan generation, deposit growth, and fee-based production within a hybrid/flexible schedule.
