Requirements Manager

Lead the requirements lifecycle for modernization efforts, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and ongoing requirements management (traceability, baselines, and version control). Partner with business stakeholders to capture true needs and strategic objectives, translating concepts into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements. Facilitate collaborative workshops and coordinate with project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment, manage change impacts, and support user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
