Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one Capital Markets product line (IPO Access, Robinhood Ventures, or single-asset private offerings).
  • •Lead 0–1 launches, including the in-app experience and discovery surfaces for first-time investors in private markets.
  • •Translate ambiguous regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into clear, dependable customer experiences in partnership with legal, compliance, and operations.
  • •Build and manage external partner relationships (issuers, underwriters, fund administrators, infrastructure vendors) to ensure a shared product ships.
  • •Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to decide what to build and communicate strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality consumer or consumer fintech products.
  • •Ship 0–1 products at scale beyond prototypes and pilots.
  • •Comfort with complex financial products and ability to become an expert in a new instrument, offering structure, or regulatory regime quickly.
