Key Responsibilities

•Kernel Development: Design and implement highly optimized C++ kernel library for NPU/GPU and collaborate with research/software teams to integrate these kernels into the software stack.
•Vector Processor Optimization: Work with hardware engineers to understand VLIW vector core units and develop vectorized code to maximize performance using SIMD and ILP.
•Performance Profiling and Tuning: Profile and analyze kernel performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize critical sections for throughput.
•Testing and Validation: Develop CPU models to validate accuracy, write unit/integration tests, and validate performance across hardware platforms.
•Documentation and Collaboration: Document design specs, follow coding guidelines, maintain code with git, and collaborate with ML researchers and software engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,850,680 - 4,072,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Excellent C/C++ coding skills
•Strong Python coding skills
•Good understanding of SIMD/Tensor/VLIW architectures to exploit parallelism
•Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus
