Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure production continuity, process efficiency, and equipment availability.
  • •Handle routine manufacturing and maintenance requests.
  • •Identify, analyze, and support resolution of process and equipment problems.
  • •Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure operational continuity and support preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Support product/process transfers, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), New Product Introduction (NPI), and update technical documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree (TSU) or Engineering in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •Experience in manufacturing and maintenance environments, including supporting production lines.
  • •Participation in continuous improvement projects, transfers, ECNs, or NPIs is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing indicators (OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime) and process validation experience is desirable.
  • •Solid problem-solving and continuous improvement methods, with ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
