Job Summary

Own outbound growth across APAC by winning prop shops, exchanges, market makers, and trading firms to Solana. Build and manage counterparty relationships through incentive design, VIP support, and close collaboration with Trading and DeFi teams to get required order types, listings, and margin/collateral treatment prioritized. Secure allocators and LPs to seed Solana markets, while tracking volume, open interest, onboarding, and program ROI.

Job Function: Capital Markets, Trading & Quant

Key Responsibilities

•Own outbound to trading counterparties across APAC, mapping who moves volume and the routes to reach them, then close flow onto Solana venues.
•Structure and manage counterparty relationships by negotiating terms and rebates, collaborating with Trading and DeFi, and ensuring required routing details (order types, margin/collateral treatment, listings, fees) are built or prioritized.
•Secure allocators and LPs by bringing institutional capital onchain across APAC hubs and sustaining it to deepen Solana markets.
•Own business performance metrics including volume and open interest, active trading counterparties, onboarded desks/firms, allocator/LP capital, and program ROI.
•Provide follow-through after launch via escalation, VIP support, and converting first trades into growing flow.

Key Requirements

•Native Mandarin speaker fluent and credible with Greater China desks, funds, and exchanges, able to operate across key APAC trading hubs.
•Existing book of trading relationships across APAC, with big traders, allocators, and LPs who take your call.
•Trading-first fluency across market microstructure, perps funding and margin, spot liquidity, and execution quality and incentives.
•DeFi literacy to be credible, including core Solana and non-Solana DeFi primitives plus capital efficiency, lending/looping, and RWA and tokenization/GTМ basics.
•Proven track record moving real volume or flow at an exchange, market maker, prop shop, fund, or protocol.
