Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot production and logistics systems, especially electrical drives, dosing devices, scales, extruders, granulators, and complex packaging equipment.
  • •Install and modify new or existing production facilities.
  • •Perform mechanical tasks such as tool changes on production equipment.
  • •Identify root causes of defects, malfunctions, or deviations from the desired operating state.
  • •Carry out preventive maintenance and regular inspections; commission repaired systems and hand them over to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
  • •First experience in maintenance of production equipment is desirable.
  • •Willingness to work shifts (early/late/night/day, and possibly weekends).
  • •Knowledge of drive and control technology and electrical control engineering (especially temperature control).
  • •Basic robotics knowledge (desirable FANUC) plus mechanical skills (pneumatics, metalworking; desirable welding MIG/MAG, WIG).
