Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and execution plans.
•Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders and tracking delivery against outcomes.
•Support market expansion and growth planning with analysis and business cases.
•Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking for visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
•Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and prepare decision-support materials and recommendations for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 110,000 - 160,000
