Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the order-to-cash cycle by reviewing and validating billing data, calculating and processing invoices (including usage-based consumption, subscription minimums, prepayment schedules, and onboarding fees).
  • •Reconcile quote and contract information between CRM and billing systems to ensure alignment from deal close through invoicing.
  • •Own collections for overdue accounts: manage aging balances, outreach, document payment commitments, escalate delinquencies, and drive down DSO.
  • •Review and apply incoming payments to open invoices and perform daily/monthly reconciliations between billing, AR, and general ledger.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries (e.g., invoice disputes, payment timing, W-9 requests) and improve billing and collections workflows.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable, with a Finance/Accounting background or strong numerical aptitude.
  • •Strong attention to accuracy and precision when handling financial data and spotting discrepancies before they become problems.
  • •Comfort navigating CRM and invoicing platforms (including Salesforce) and learning new billing/ERP systems quickly.
  • •Ability to understand and scale the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, with a plus for SaaS consumption-based billing and/or accounts receivable.
  • •Professional communication skills for handling customer billing inquiries and difficult conversations while partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues.
