Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate new trading opportunities and strategies across multi-asset classes and new markets, including market sizing, requirement analysis, pricing, and risk analysis from a Trading perspective.
  • •Use AI tools to run competitor analysis, tracking competitor strategies, new instrument launches, exchange activity, and market positioning.
  • •Oversee the listings of new prediction market contracts, tokens, and coins, coordinating across product, risk, operations, and tech teams from a Trading perspective.
  • •Own end-to-end project and programme management for assigned trading initiatives, maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, action logs, and status updates.
  • •Run day-to-day trading desk business management, including reporting packs, performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and coordination with legal, compliance, risk, finance, and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4+ years of experience in trading, strategy, project/program management, business management, or financial services.
  • •Working knowledge of TradFi markets, crypto markets, or prediction/event markets.
  • •Demonstrable project and programme management skills, familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC, and experience using Jira.
  • •Experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI research assistants, automation platforms) in a professional or personal capacity.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
