Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full-body helicopter painting, including surface preparation, masking, color mixing, spray painting, marking/livery application, and topcoat finishing
  • •Perform repair and touch-up painting and surface defect rectification during scheduled maintenance and overhauls
  • •Provide technical mentoring, safety education, and human resource development for junior painting technicians
  • •Manage painting materials and equipment, including inventory and safety controls for paints/solvents and maintenance/calibration of paint booths and spray guns
  • •Manage painting process workflows and quality, coordinate schedules and delivery requirements with maintenance and other departments
