Key Responsibilities

  • •Cut, trim, and fabricate products in a production line setting.
  • •Process product using tools (including knives), manual labor, and equipment in accordance with USDA and company standards.
  • •Operate equipment and notify appropriate personnel of malfunctions and safety/concern issues.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow quality/quantity expectations and policies.
  • •Participate in process improvement and continuously practice safe work habits and animal welfare guidelines.
