Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business partners and mentors to understand project goals, business needs, and data sources.
  • •Prepare and transform data, including attribute selection, exploratory data analysis, and working with temporal data structures.
  • •Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • •Develop and validate models using hypothesis testing, statistical techniques, and model development aligned to business objectives.
  • •Present findings and recommendations in a capstone presentation and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine models and approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, or another data/analytics-related field.
  • •Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • •Education in statistical theory to build robust statistical models and analytic outputs.
  • •Experience cleaning and processing raw and prepared datasets and performing exploratory data analysis.
  • •Proficiency with statistical or machine learning programming languages/tools including SQL, Python, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebooks; experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
