Job Summary

Implement and operate enterprise endpoint management solutions for a global End User Computing team, partnering with an MSP to deliver consistent, secure experiences across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 11. Engineer fleet-wide provisioning (including zero-touch), manage Intune and Jamf for compliance, automate configuration and reporting, and support application lifecycle, device updates, and the transition of Windows endpoint management to cloud/Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 11 using Intune and Jamf plus platform-native capabilities.
•Design and operate zero-touch provisioning approaches, including Windows Autopilot, Apple ADE via Apple Business Manager, and Android enterprise enrollment methods.
•Administer and optimize Jamf and Intune for fleet management, including profiles, restrictions, inventory, compliance reporting, and policy/workflow automation.
•Engineer application lifecycle management across platforms, including macOS packaging/deployment, iOS/iPadOS distribution, and Windows/Android deployment.
•Ensure device compliance and security posture by managing policy baselines (e.g., CIS/PCI DSS/NIST) and OS/firmware update strategies across the fleet.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of endpoint engineering or support experience for enterprise client platforms.
•Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for compliance, configuration, application deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting (Windows 11 and Android included).
•Experience supporting hybrid Windows environments transitioning to cloud/Entra ID management, including some SCCM/MECM lifecycle management.
•Hands-on expertise with Jamf Pro for configuration profiles, policies, inventory, application deployment, and troubleshooting across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS (and Android where applicable).
•Experience with modern enrollment/provisioning methods such as Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Android Enterprise.
