Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct quick commerce deep-dive analyses to measure incremental impact and recommend actions across levers like dark store expansion, assortment changes, delivery fee adjustments, and discounting.
  • •Build and refine measurement frameworks and metric definitions; develop SQL models to transform large datasets into actionable insights.
  • •Create data assets for decision-making, including dashboards (Looker/Tableau) and agentic solutions such as root-cause analysis for delivery delays or stockouts.
  • •Partner with quick commerce, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to understand objectives, propose analytics solutions, and present insights.
  • •Monitor data quality and participate in QA processes; evaluate and implement AI-driven analytics and automation (agentic workflows, automated anomaly detection, LLM-assisted insight generation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •2-4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally supporting Quick Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial teams.
  • •2+ years of proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to business partners.
  • •Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn; solid statistical analysis and data modeling background is an advantage; interest in AI for analytics is a plus.
