Job Summary

Assist the Supply Chain proposal efforts for the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio within Raytheon’s Global Supply Chain Management team. Support proposal kickoffs and strategy development, gather proposal documentation (including sole source justifications and DD254 facilitation), and help execute supply chain proposal strategy through gate reviews and risk/opportunity management. Coordinate schedules using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with Engineering, Quality, and Operations, ensuring DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application.
•Generate and collect proposal documentation, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning, and RFP entrance criteria.
•Support execution of supply chain proposal strategy through program gate reviews and risk and opportunity management reviews.
•Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on MRP.
•Ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance, with expected travel under 25%.

Key Requirements
