Job Summary

Serve as a hands-on Technical Buyer within a lean, data-driven procurement team. Initially you’ll deep-dive into the ERP to correct data and reports while executing core procurement tasks like creating POs and resolving supply chain issues. Over time, the role becomes more strategic—building supplier relationships, improving processes, handling vendor performance and deliveries, performing invoice matching, and running counterfeit prevention checks to strengthen supply chain integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Deep-dive into ERP systems to manage reports and correct procurement data (first 6 months).
•Execute core procurement tasks including creating POs and resolving supply chain problems (first 6 months).
•Develop supplier relationships, identify process improvements, and contribute to cost-saving projects (after 6 months).
•Serve as primary point of contact for key vendors, managing supplier performance and resolving delivery issues.
•Perform invoice matching with meticulous recordkeeping, and execute counterfeit prevention checks to protect supply chain integrity.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally for electronics or electronic components.
•Mechanical, electronic, or electric background from related complex industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace).

•Hands-on experience with an ERP system is essential.
•Must be able to work from the Dublin office; exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
