Job Summary

Join a Retail Personal Banker program designed to turn selected candidates into a Personal Banker II through 4–8 weeks of onboarding and education with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service. You’ll build customer profiles using a consultative sales process, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and cross-sell through outreach, appointment setting, and community events while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Refer customers to assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and help customers through consultative, holistic financial solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
