Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize the accounting department structure to meet business needs efficiently (resources optimization).
  • •Coordinate and ensure proper performance by the team of daily and recurrent tasks—daily bookings, monthly reporting in line with local accounting principles and Global guidelines.
  • •Act as a project initiator to improve current processes and to control proper implementation.
  • •Administer accounting system maintenance and update Global chart of accounts in close collaboration with Group Accounting.
  • •Bring efficiency to the month end closing process and monitor/reconcile monthly balance sheet and P&L movements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of accounting experience in a leadership/functional role
  • •Experience with local accounting principles and Global guidelines
  • •Proficiency in SAP bookkeeping and month-end closing processes
  • •Ability to optimize accounting department structure and manage personnel targets
  • •Strong collaboration with Tax, Internal Control/Profit Protection and external Auditors to ensure compliance and timely financial reporting
