Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous improvement across production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives while building relationships across teams, managers, carriers, vendors, and hourly associates.
  • •Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • •Engage, coach, motivate, and lead the Production team to support career progression and development.
  • •Establish procedures, metrics, and processes to drive productivity, optimization, and cost savings; analyze improvements in production and lead times.
  • •Develop and administer operational procedures for outgoing shipments, product handling/disposition, and maintaining highest quality and food-safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (diploma or GED required).
  • •5+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing/production plant.
  • •Prior experience in direct to consumer fulfillment / eCommerce operations.
  • •Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance (SQF, HACCP, AIB, BRC).
  • •Proven success managing teams of 100+ employees in a hyper-growth organization, with Lean/continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen a plus).
