Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-touch agent customers as the day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • •Promote adoption of Compass technology and services through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training.
  • •Provide marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates (e.g., listing presentations and postcards), and coordinating with marketing specialists.
  • •Partner with the Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers and support onboarding-related execution.
  • •Serve as the face of the office: welcome guests, answer the office phone, manage mail distribution, provide first-line office support, and escalate facilities issues.
