Job Summary

Support the Finance organization by administering and reporting within the Cadency system to enable accurate balance sheet reconciliations, fiscal close activities, and journal entry workflows. Use accounting principles and internal controls to uphold Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, prepare and distribute reconciliation and ERP-based reports, and partner with Finance and IT on system enhancements, testing, automation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer Cadency, including loading subledger balances, foreign currency rates, and new tasks to ensure system data accuracy.
•Maintain reconciliation structures, including account assignments and verification of reconciliation identifiers.
•Manage user access and security in line with control requirements and approved change requests.
•Support audits and validate data integrity against enterprise resource planning system balances, including journal entry and quality assurance audits.
•Monitor period-end close activities and prepare accounting schedules and reports to support balance sheet reconciliations and financial audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective written and verbal communication skills.
