Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Group Product Manager/Director to develop and communicate product strategy aligned to long-term vision and business goals.
  • •Lead deep market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic bets.
  • •Act as accountable product lead for large cross-functional discovery initiatives, running discovery with clients and internal users.
  • •Oversee end-to-end product development for critical releases, ensuring clarity on ownership, dependencies, and outcomes across teams.
  • •Partner with product marketing and GTM on go-to-market strategy and define/track key metrics to drive adoption and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of proven Product Manager or Senior Product Manager experience, ideally in fintech or a tech start-up environment.
  • •Proven ability to shape product strategy and roadmaps using market research, customer insight, competitive analysis, and data.
  • •Strong prioritisation and product judgement, with a track record of making clear trade-offs and data-informed decisions.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
  • •Experience in fintech domains such as payments, FX, transaction banking, or trading (preferred).
