•Support compensation planning, job architecture, leveling, and salary structure administration
•Analyze internal and external compensation trends and provide recommendations
•Support annual compensation review processes and pay equity analysis
•Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field
•5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Compensation, HR Operations, Finance, Workforce Planning, or a related analytical role

•Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership audiences
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
