Develop and execute weld qualification plans (destructive and nondestructive testing), create work instructions and weld maps, and lead root-cause investigations for defects, distortion, cracking, leakage, and nonconformances. Partner with design, materials, manufacturing, quality, test, and external welding suppliers to meet performance and regulatory requirements.
