Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Process RHB machines within appropriate process guidelines to meet daily production requirements.
  • •Work with the shift to maximize production and provide general direction to packer and/or utility employees.
  • •Ensure all products meet customer specifications; review daily production performance against efficiency goals.
  • •Troubleshoot process-related issues, mold setups, and other technical duties for RHB equipment.
  • •Maintain Food Safety Program (GMP) and complete required process-related paperwork.

  • •Can verify quality of finished product using measure/visual methods and react to issues to meet the control plan.
  • •Understands and demonstrates proper safety procedures, including LOTO and locating machine safeties.
  • •Demonstrates Daily PM compliance with required paperwork completed.
  • •Knowledge of RHB processing steps, including loading into the hopper, monitoring in orientor and infeed rails, oven transfer, molds closing/locking, and compensation cycles.
  • •3 or more years of experience in RHB processing or other plastic processing; includes forklift certification capability and manual dexterity.
