Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate expertise in local standards and regulations and stay updated on changes across ADNOC/ADDC/AADC/ADM/DEWA/SEWA.
  • •Assess tender ITBs, documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure full understanding of requirements.
  • •Obtain and lead negotiations for supplier/manufacturer/subcontractor quotes to secure competitive rates.
  • •Prepare BOQs and detailed cost sheets (direct, indirect, temporary facilities) aligned with tender specifications.
  • •Review contract/commercial terms, perform supplier/subcontractor cost comparisons, maintain ISO documentation/record-keeping, and verify material take-off accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •08+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as an Electrical Estimation Engineer on medium to large projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Extensive knowledge of local standards and specifications, including ADNOC, ADDC, AADC, ADM, DEWA, and SEWA.
  • •Strong ability to evaluate tender ITBs and interpret drawings, datasheets, single-line diagrams, specifications, and cable schedules.
  • •Familiarity with HV/MV/LV equipment and systems, including substation and overhead line (OHL) works, and experience preparing accurate BOQs and cost sheets.
