Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in end-to-end Fenergo implementation for Irish bank programs.
  • •Configure and customize the Fenergo CLM platform (workflow and rules engine, data model, UI components).
  • •Support KYC, AML, onboarding, and remediation workflows aligned to Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.
  • •Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications and prepare BRDs/FRDs and design documentation.
  • •Collaborate with integration teams for API/system integrations and participate in SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

Key Requirements

  • •4–10 years of experience in Fenergo implementation projects.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in KYC/AML and Client Lifecycle Management for banking client onboarding.
  • •Hands-on Fenergo configuration, including workflow and rules design.
  • •Experience working with global banking clients and understanding EU/UK/Irish regulatory environment.
  • •Experience with system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and strong stakeholder management skills.
