  • •Own end-to-end delivery of partner implementations, ensuring a seamless delivery lifecycle from scoping through go-live and stabilization.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams and coordinate internal teams and external partners to hit milestones on time and at quality.
  • •Translate partner and business goals into project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria; maintain delivery timelines and status reporting.
  • •Coordinate technical integration efforts with Lead Solutions Engineers, troubleshooting issues and guiding partners through APIs and payment processing flows.
  • •Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with clear context and recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery (payments/fintech/financial services preferred).
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder implementation projects using a structured, analytical approach.
  • •Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processing, card networks, and ACH.
  • •Experience working directly with external partners/clients during technical implementations across both technical and commercial conversations.
