  • •Manage onsite operations of the EAT data center, overseeing technicians and engineers to ensure uptime, efficiency, and safety.
  • •Lead and mentor a distributed team, handling staffing, scheduling, performance, and career development.
  • •Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of compute, storage, and networking infrastructure, including liquid-cooled, high-density workloads.
  • •Collaborate with facilities, infrastructure engineering, and partners to align mechanical/electrical designs, floor planning, and rack density/energy efficiency with compute growth.
  • •Coordinate inventory logistics and capacity forecasting, manage RMAs and vendor escalations, track KPIs, and serve as local escalation/incidence lead.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of progressive experience in data center operations, including 3+ years of team leadership or site management in a high-scale environment.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of data center systems (compute, storage, networking, airflow/liquid cooling) with the ability to coach others.
  • •Experience with GPU deployments and familiarity with liquid cooling or high-density rack solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, power distribution, UPS, and cooling design principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with data center health monitoring, rack design, structured cabling, and server manageability tools.
