Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute cash register opening and closing procedures, including verifying cash availability and equipment functioning.
  • •Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local laws.
  • •Support advances and returns, and issue vouchers and credit notes to customers.
  • •Follow CITES procedures for products that require them.
  • •Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers; manage daily cash closing and petty cash within expense limits, and update the customer database.

Key Requirements

  • •Have similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
  • •Understand luxury customer service practices.
  • •Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • •Follow corporate guidelines for cash collection activities and procedures.
