Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the branch, splitting your time between client servicing and transaction support while uncovering financial-wellness opportunities. Accurately process financial transactions, transition clients to bankers when appropriate, and deliver tailored guidance and recommendations in person and via proactive calling. Partner with branch teammates to support client acquisition and deepen existing relationships, meet activity/outcome goals, and uphold compliance and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering impact through in-person and phone interactions.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and use transaction moments to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Listen for financial-wellness opportunities during conversations, transition clients to bankers when needed, and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations.
•Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues and support compliance, audit, and security procedures, including cash drawer balancing.
•Maintain product/fee/policy knowledge, participate in branch huddles/debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed by management.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience handling cash transactions.
•General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
