Manager II, Operations Management - (M2)

Supervise production and operations teams involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and final test for manufacturing capital equipment and components. Own production scheduling and milestone meetings, track performance metrics, and drive cycle time improvements. Serve as an interface for customer/vendor requirements, lead cost-of-quality analysis and corrective actions, and oversee employee safety training and compliance. Develop team members, manage performance and staffing processes, and improve manufacturing capacity using Lean, safety, and quality practices.
