  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in aftermarket aviation, machining, automotive, or a similar trades role.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and use decimals and fractions to take readings from measuring instruments.
  • •Ability to work from drawings, manuals, specifications, and detailed instructions.
  • •Proficiency using a variety of different hand tools.
  • •Prior trade school training and prior OEM/Aftermarket aviation experience are preferred.
