Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and issue Request for Quotations/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs).
  • •Place, maintain, and manage purchase orders and associated change orders, including post-award PO management per directives.
  • •Perform price analysis and negotiate price, delivery, scope, and terms & conditions in accordance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance requirements.
  • •Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure programs have required materials, goods, and services to operate efficiently.
  • •Track supplier proposal status and compliance to Raytheon RFPs; research products and suppliers and support program proposal and centralized quoting teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with supply chain-related areas such as procurement, production control, materials management, planning, or operations.
  • •U.S. Person eligibility is required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) and eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
