Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned GSC supplier transitions, including site moves, dual-sourcing, supplier exits, and M&A integration activities.
  • •Run transitions projects within Transitions Team standards, confirming Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall approach with the program lead.
  • •Plan and execute project work, tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and maintaining accurate data and status communications.
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams without direct authority, coordinating with internal functions, qualification stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • •Maintain risk registers and drive corrective actions and closure with Quality and the Design Engineering Authority as needed.

  • •Experience managing supplier transitions such as site moves, dual-sourcing, supplier exits, and M&A integration support.

  • •Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues with independent judgment and minimal guidance.
