Job Summary

Develop and optimize metal additive manufacturing components and processes using DfAM principles to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets. Select and qualify printing materials (including advanced alloys), plan and troubleshoot build jobs, and support qualification, inspection, validation, and certification activities. Drive continuous improvement across yield and process capability, evaluate emerging additive technologies, and collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders to support NPI, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Product Development.
•Hands-on experience with industrial additive manufacturing equipment.
•Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies such as DMLS/SLM, FDM, SLA, SLS, Binder Jetting, or equivalent.
•Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or CATIA, plus experience with DfAM, GD&T, engineering drawings, process validation, and root cause analysis.
